Wildflowers of South Carolina

This Gallery will feature wildflowers that are found in South Carolina in the Growing season of spring -fall 2006. All photos will be captioned with the scientific name as determined by "A Guide to the Wildflowers of South Carolina" by Porcher and Rayner, "Wildflowers of the Eastern United States" by Duncan and Duncan, and when I am really stumped "Manual of the Vascular Flora of the Carolinas" 1968 edition by Radford, Ahles, and Bell.
